Free Calgary Delivery

Delivery and setup are included within Calgary. We also serve nearby areas, and you can request a delivery quote for your location. Flexible scheduling is available from 9AM to 8PM, 7 days a week.

Find Your Perfect Setup

All packages include safety fences, mats, a shoe rack, white & clear balls, and your choice of up to 3 accent ball colours to match your theme. Please include your preferred colours when submitting your booking form. Delivery, setup, and takedown are also included.

Space Requirements: For the best experience, we recommend allowing the full space listed for each package. If your venue has limited room, we can often adjust the layout by making it more compact or changing it to a rectangular setup while still providing plenty of space for little ones to play.

We’ll connect with you through email or messaging to go over your preferences, ideas, and any special requests.

Reserve Your Date
To confirm your booking, we will send you a rental agreement form to review and sign. A $100 security deposit is also required to officially reserve your event date. Please note that the security deposit is separate from the rental total. Full payment is due 5 days before the event.

Review & Approve
If needed, we’ll send mock-up designs for your approval. Up to 3 minimal mock-up revisions are included before finalizing your selected design or decal option.

5. Enjoy the Celebration
Our team will arrive early to set everything up beautifully and return after the event for teardown and pickup.

We’re a small, family-owned and mom-run soft play rental business proudly serving Calgary, Alberta, and nearby areas. What started as creating special moments for my own family has grown into something I truly love: helping create joyful, memorable celebrations for yours.

Our soft play is designed for little ones 6 months to 5 years old. Our bouncy castles and other equipment are suitable for children ages 3 to 13. If you’re unsure, just reach out — we’re happy to help!
Yes, a $130 security deposit is required with your booking. After your event, we inspect the equipment and return your deposit via e-transfer within 24 hours, provided everything is in good condition.
Our minimum rental amount is $449. This ensures we can provide the same level of care, preparation, and quality for every event — so your little guests enjoy a safe and wonderful play experience.
We currently specialize in indoor events only. Calgary’s weather can be unpredictable, and focusing on indoor setups lets us keep equipment clean, safe, and in top condition for every family.
Bookings are non-refundable, but we understand that plans can change. You may reschedule within 12 months of your original booking date, subject to availability. Time adjustments are often easier with at least one week’s notice.
Each item has its own size requirements — we recommend measuring your space in advance, especially ceiling height. The setup area should be flat and clear of obstacles. Please have furniture moved before our arrival.
Yes! No shoes, face paint, glitter, slime, food or drinks in the play area. No sharp objects or pets. These simple guidelines keep everyone safe and our equipment in excellent condition for every family.
We proudly serve Calgary and nearby areas. Delivery within Calgary is included in our pricing. For events outside Calgary, send us your location and we’ll provide a delivery quote based on distance.
